1. Cookies we use

Dona only uses technical cookies that are necessary for the Service to work. We do not use advertising, third-party analytics or social media cookies, which is why we don't ask you to accept them.

dona_lang: remembers the language you chose on the website (1 year).

dona_client: keeps your Dona CRM session open (up to 14 days or until you sign out).

dona_session: keeps the Dona admin panel session open (up to 12 hours).

dona_2fa: identifies, for 5 minutes, a sign-in that is completing two-step verification.

Session cookies are "httpOnly" (no script can read them) and are only sent over secure connections.

2. How to control them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies you won't be able to sign in.

Websites Dona builds for its Customers follow this same policy unless the Customer adds its own tools, in which case the Customer's policy applies.
